Staff Product Designer

Design lead for the risk domain of a market-leading audit, risk and compliance SaaS. Research-led redesigns, AI prototyping, hands-on through delivery.

I turned a risk heatmap most clients had switched off into a configurable reporting foundation, and redesigned how risk teams run assessments and workshops. I work side by side with PMs and engineering, and test ideas early with clickable prototypes I build myself.

2014–2024

EPAM Systems

Senior Product Designer, Consultant

Embedded product designer for Google, Deutsche Bank, Qatar Airways, Ryanair and Ticketmaster, on site in London, Dublin and Zurich.

I helped Google decide which products to scale and which to sunset, designed a wealth advisory tool for Deutsche Bank client meetings, turned a stalled Qatar Airways project into $575K in upgrade sales, and redesigned how Ryanair’s 130M passengers find help.
